You must wait at least 3 hours before trying to access the mailbox after setting it up.

auth.smtp.oneandone.co.uk
And on the "Servers" Tab, at the bottom of the Window there is a section called "Outgoing Mail Server". You will need to tick the box "My server requires authenication".

You need to update smtp.oneandone.co.uk to auth.smtp.oneandone.co.uk
